How can I get a loan online after registration?

Upon verification of email address and mobile phone number, it is necessary to confirm your bank card details to process the one-time registration fee of €39.99. Once the funds are credited to the account of the service, you will be provided with a personal financing program which is formed based on the credit history and delays. It will be available in your personal account.

What are the conditions for obtaining a loan online?

Please note that the Kvikloan online service is not a lender and makes no payments on its own. Loan services are provided by partner companies based on the data provided by our service. We select the loans that are the most suitable for you. Please note that all financial organizations conduct their activities on the basis of relevant licences in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law.

Can I get a loan with a bad credit history?

Our service cooperates with more than 30 partner companies, among which there are the most loyal financial organizations. After having registered and paid for online services, we will select for you the most convenient loan offers that will help restore the borrower`s reputation.

I can’t enter my credit card details.

Payment for Kvikloan is made only with personalized VISA or MasterCard bank cards. To do this, enter the 16-digit card number in the corresponding field.

What is my credit rating section?

This section contains information that characterizes your “Financial Health”. It displays data such as your financial discipline, information on debts and late payments.

Why don’t you accept applications by telephone?

The service is automated in such a way that only self-completion of an application in accordance with the algorithm of actions proposed on the website can ensure the most correct functioning of the system. Kvikloan provides for no possibility to make applications by phone, but in the event of any questions and proposals, it is possible to contact our support team that will contact you as soon as possible.

What to do if I do not remember the phone number and email address used for registration?

If you do not remember your account details, please contact the customer support service. Kvikloan specialists will help you solve this problem.

After bank card identification, I changed my mind about using your services.

If you decided to decline Kvikloan online service, you need to go to your Personal Account, open the ‘Billing Section’ tab and select ‘Delete Account’. This will remove your bank card details and close your account. Please note the one-time registration fee is non-refundable.

What to do if, after entering the email address, a letter with a confirmation link didn’t come?

You need to check the Spam folder, and if the letter containing the confirmation link got there, take it and add the recipient to the list of checked contacts.

Can I delete my application form placed on the service?

If you no longer intend to use the services provided by us and want to delete the personal data stored on it, you need to go to your Personal Account, open the ‘Billing Section’ tab and select ‘Delete Account’. Your personal data will be removed from our system. Please note the one-time registration fee is non-refundable.
